Peak is a two-day retreat where small business owners chart a path to ambitious growth.

Owners gain proven frameworks, a smart capital strategy, and advantageous networks to make big moves.

When // October 15th + 16th
Where // Camp Eddy, Grand Junction, CO

Peak begins virtually. We will get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and obstacles getting there.
Then, we will gather in Grand Junction for two days to tackle your growth challenge, align on opportunities, and craft a strategy to fund it all.

Part 1. Get Clear 1/2 (virtual)
We start with foundations for growth by assessing your product and market strengths, insights, and obstacles. Together we’ll get clear on your priorities, differentiation, and value for who matters most.

Part 2. Get Clear 2/2 (virtual)
We continue with foundations for growth by assessing your operational and financial position. By the end of the Get Clear sessions, you will define your growth challenge to carry into the two-day retreat.

Part 3. Think Wrong (in-person)
We'll gather at Camp Eddy alongside our guests with scale-up experience. Together we'll tackle your growth challenge with unconventional tactics to inspire new ways to win your market.

Part 4. Bet Small (in-person)

“I couldn’t be more motivated by the direction this has surfaced for us. Just having someone genuinely listen and challenge us is what we needed. You’ve been invaluable.”

“I'd spoken to banks, friends, and investors but never felt like capital made sense for my business. Now I have a funding strategy that's tailored to my goals and stage—and I’ve finally raised what I need to grow.”

What to expect.

👋 Hi, I'm Spencer Ingram. I've had the privilege of working around the world allocating capital to smart founders in under-invested markets. I love this work, and folks say I'm gosh-darn good at it.But I don't need to fly halfway around the world to tackle access to funding. We have this challenge right here at home. That's why I'm excited to join Startup Colorado on a mission to help you succeed wherever you grow your business.
